5/5 Stars – Exceptional Quality, Speed, and Service! I could not be happier with the outcome and quality of service from Professional Sound & Security! From my very first call, Dave was fantastic to work with. He guided me through the consultation, clearly communicated every requirement for the installation, and made the whole process completely seamless. The installation itself was finished quickly, easily, and with exceptional craftsmanship. If you are looking for a high-quality shop that knows their stuff and treats their customers right, I cannot recommend Dave and the team enough. I will definitely be back for any future car audio or tech upgrades!

High recommdations from my experience. The owner and staff are there regularly - no run around with questions or issues. They know their products and aren't afraid to get back to me (or you) if they need to look something up or check with the vendor. Flexible appointment hours and realistic time slots. Only once in 5 visits was there ever a time issue, and they let me know 2 hours before my appointment in case I needed to reschedule. They freely offer help and follow up support like reprogramming or teaching new features. No problem with add-ons ( I'm getting a 3rd channel added to a dash cam right now) I've had dash cams and entertainment equipment installed. I've sent friends and family here. We're all happy with the recommendations, professional advice and workmanship. Plus they offer a choice of paying by card of cash - without card fees. A great local business with a decent location. Only minor negative is parking. On street parking is somewhat limited and JC is strict on ticketing. I know the area so it hasn't cost me (yet). Professional Sound upgraded my old stereo in my recently purchased ‘83 Mustang convertible. They did an awesome job! Dave was very professional and easygoing. It was a straightforward setup that I asked for, but he went above and beyond, cleaning up the previous owner’s sloppy “handiwork”, even custom fitting some components. I can’t recommend Dave and his crew enough. Can’t wait to finally have some tunes in the hot rod! Thank you Dave!
